30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. This ensures the quality and safety of dietary supplements, which is our top priority.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a brief reason for your return
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address
  4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging (shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, packaging damage, or our error. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with opened or damaged seals
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that show signs of use
  • Items without the original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged Wellnexis package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
